My experience of transiting at Frankfurt Airport

I first transited at Frankfurt Airport back in 2013 when I flew from London to Vietnam with British Airways and Bamboo Airways. My feeling about this airport is generally positive, although queues in the airport can be long and I have heard people missing their flight because they did not leave enough time for security which, unlike other airports, can be a distance from the border checks. My flight from London was delayed for an hour so I did not have any time to go to the lounge after all the checks, but overall it was still a good experience and certainly elevated by the upgrade I was able to secure from Bamboo Airways at the airport.
