My experience at Seoul Incheon Airport

My stay in Seoul and experience of using the airport have been largely positive. In general, things are of great value for money because of the relatively weak currency (Korean won).

Seoul is a large city with over 9 million residents and there are many things to do and enjoy. My favourite part was having Korean fried chicken – I like that it is a lot spicier than those in other countries.

One thing to note about the airport is that it is actually quite a distance from the city centre (49km). Due to rush hour traffic jam, it took me over an hour to get from the city to the airport on a taxi. Therefore, if you are transiting at Seoul and plan to head to the city, it is important that you allow plenty of time before your next flight so that you will not miss it.
